Out of the total copies circu-lated or 758, the Ministry pays for 235. It might be feared that once the Ministry fads us we suffer terribly. The case, however, is not as bad as all that because the Ministry sends our Journal to many of its schools the teachers of which do not feel the necessity of subscribing. Once the Ministry cuts off its subscription we shall be able to compensate for the loss by securing more subscribers from those schools to which the Ministry does not send our Journal. 4.
