Office Space: It was decided that, after the departure of the first con-tingent to Cairo, one of the teachers should be asked to take over room 44, the University paying the difference. Dr. Provinse will make the appropriate decisions when the time comes. Air Travel: Dr. Hollenbach and Mr. Conn were designated to negotiate with the airlines about reductions in fare. Program Planning: It was sumest:d that outside speakers be asked to speak occasionally to the staff on matters of general interest. Minutes: It was decided to prepare the minutes for transmission to Cairo by tomorrow at noon.
