The aim of the bachelor thesis is to develop a strategic analysis of the company Tchibo Praha, spol. s r.o. and then provide the recommendations. The qualification work is divided into two main parts. The first is the theoretical part, which consists of the theoretical basis and description of individual methods. In the practical part, these methods are used to make a strategic analysis of the company.
