Strategic analysis of a particular company with a focus on the analysis of the competition

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to develop a strategic analysis of the company Rodinnýpivovar BERNARD a.s., to identify strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats andto propose strategic recommendations for improving corporate governance. The thesis is splitinto two parts, the theoretical one, and the practical one. The theoretical part describes aprocedure of strategic analysis construction. The practical part will be devoted to the strategicanalysis of the selected company. In this part, the PEST analysis, Porter's analysis of fivepowers, analysis of company internal resources, VRIO analysis, financial analysis, risk andvulnerability analysis and SWOT analysis will be applied. The results from the practical partare summarized in a SWOT analysis, which is necessary for recommendations for thecompany.Cílem bakalářské práce je vypracování strategické analýzy společnosti Rodinný pivovarBERNARD a.s., identifikace silných a slabých stránek, a příležitosti a hrozby společnosti a nazákladě těchto informací navrhnout strategická doporučení pro zlepšení řízení společnosti.Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické část prácejsou popsány postupy používané při strategické analýze. Praktická část se bude věnovatstrategické analýze vybrané společnosti, v této části bude provedena PEST analýza, analýzaPorterova modelu pěti sil, analýza vnitřních zdrojů společnosti, VRIO analýza, finančníanalýza a SWOT analýza. Výstupy z praktické části jsou shrnuty ve SWOT analýze, na nížjsou založena navrhovaná strategická opatření pro danou firmu
