The aim of the bachelor thesis is to develop a strategic analysis of the company Rodinnýpivovar BERNARD a.s., to identify strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats andto propose strategic recommendations for improving corporate governance. The thesis is splitinto two parts, the theoretical one, and the practical one. The theoretical part describes aprocedure of strategic analysis construction. The practical part will be devoted to the strategicanalysis of the selected company.
