Strategic analysis of the company In my thesis I developed a strategic analysis of the company Pacovské strojírny a.s. I describe the various methods of internal and external strategic analysis in the theoretical part. I followed the methods used in the practical part. In an internal strategic analysis, I focused on the identification of internal resources and capabilities, the financial analysis and the chain of creating value. External strategic analysis includes PEST analysis, Porter's five forces model and analyze competitors. At the end of the thesis I analyzed all using the SWOT analysis and develop recommendations for the future development of the company.Strategická analýza podniku Ve své diplomové práci jsem vypracovala strategickou analýzu společnosti Pacovské strojírny, a.s. V teoretické části jsem popsala různé metody interní a externí strategické analýzy. V praktické části jsem následně tyto metody využila. V interní strategické analýze jsem se zabývala identifikací vnitřních zdrojů a schopností podniku, finanční analýzou a hodnototvorným řetězcem. Externí strategická analýza obsahuje PEST analýzu, Porterův model pěti sil a analýzu konkurentů. Na závěr práce jsem vyhodnotila všechny analýzy pomocí metody SWOT a vypracovala doporučení pro budoucí vývoj podniku
