This thesis deals with the strategic analysis of the company XY. For the thorough evaluation of the company, PESTLE analysis and Porter‘s five forces analysis are used, furthermore, VRIO and value chain analyses help to analyse resources and abilities of the company. In the end, results are assessed by SWOT analysis resulting in strategic solution for the management.
