The aim of this bachelor thesis is to develop a strategic analysis of the company Pivovary Staropramen s.r.o., to identify strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats and to propose strategic recommendations for improving corporate governance. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part of the thesis will contain the characteristics of methods of strategic analysis using specialized literature. The practical part will be devoted to the strategic analysis of the selected company.
