Jl c After considering several alternatives Council' asked Dr. 01eland to report to' Dr. Watson that the consensus of opinion, after the first, consideration of the possible shifts, is that an attempt should be made to carry on as planned, with Dr. Cleland and Mr. Badeau absent1; even though Dr* Watson also will be away.
