The Chairman introduced Mr. Robert W. Page, elected as a trustee at the November 1983 Board meeting, to his fellow Board members. 1. The agenda was adopted as presented. 2. The minutes of the previous meeting were approved. 3. The President's Report: Dr. Pedersen gave a brief report to the Board highlighting the im-portant developments since the last Board meeting. His full report is presented in his May letter to the Board (see Attachment A). Dr. Pedersen reported on the 1984/85 budget and informed the Board that tuition increases for next year were less than he had hoped due to the Minister of Education's wish that tuition increases be no greater than last year
