Agenda. The agenda was adopted as presented. 2. Minutes. The minutes of the previous meeting were approved. 3. President's Report. Dr. Pedersen gave a brief report to the Board highlighting the important developments since the last Board meeting. His full report is presented in his January 1986 letter to the Board (Attachment A). Dr. Pedersen reported that LE35 million had been paid into the University's endowment account with the U.S. Embassy and that the agreement with the Embassy was to be signed on February 7, 1986.
