The Board of Trustees of The American University in Cairo met at the Union Club, New York, N.Y. on 20th June at 1.30 p.nt. Present: Mrs. Hammond, Mrs. Lord, Mrs. Sanders, Messrs. Badeau. Absent: Barco, Bartlett, Cole, Dirks, Dohm, Harbison, N~wsom, Payne, Thorne, Thoron and Van Vleck. Mrs. Lloyd, Messrs. Bickford, Crary, Dodds, Dorwin, McLain, Pendleton, Rentz and Roper. The meeting was called to order by the Chairman, Dr. Dirks, and Mr. Thoron acted as Secretary. Organization The Chairman presented for approval the minutes of the meeting of the Board held on 11th March, 1966 and the minutes of the meetings of the Executive Committee on the 22nd April and 2nd June, all of which had been circulated to the Trustees. On a motion duly made and seconded these minutes were approved, with minor corrections to the minutes of the Executive Committee meeting of 2nd June, 1966. Reconstitution of the Executive Committee The Chairman suggested formal action on the proposal to recon­stitute the Executive Committee, which had been the subject of discussion at the last meeting of the Board of Trustees and at the April 22 meeting of the Executive Committee. On a motion duly made and seconded the following resolution was adopted: RESOLVED that: the Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees shall consist of the following members
