Corporate culture and impact on the management of a medium sized company

The Bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of corporate culture and impact on the management of a medium sized company. Main goal of the thesis is to analyse the existing corporate culture in the production and economic sections of the company, compare these cultures and suggest measures to improve current situation. The analysis was conducted in the GALAXIE, spol. s r. o. company. Necessary information was obtained through a questionnaire survey, observation and a structured interview with the copany owner. Assessment of all parts of the research shoved that corporate culture in the production section was characterized as weak, with a rather negative impact on management. Measures were proposed for the production section, regarding employees´ remuneration, communication with employees and social and work environment.
