Corporate Culture in a Chosen Company

The thesis concentrates on characterizing and analyzing the corporate culture in a selected corporation. The dimensions of the corporate culture were acquired by means of the VSM 94 questionnaire and extended by observations. The theoretical part of the work deals with the definition of the notion of corporate culture and its conception from Geert Hofstede point of view. The subsequent case study was realised in the practical part. This part was based on the existing corporate culture of the chosen company. It examined the causes and the current state of the present-day corporate situation.The main aim was to recommend the company the necessary steps to produce and maintain required changes by improving the current practice
