Company culture and its influence on the effectivity of work

This bachelor´s thesis deals with analysis of firm culture in company SDS EXMOST spol. s r.o. It is primarily specialized on the problems of company clime in a given company working environment. The object of my work will be optimal firm culture setting in a company, which I have choosen and I trust in more effective process of whole company. Suggested solvent is especially renovation of given standards and customs, furthermore better rewards settings and motivated evaluation and also improving communication among management and employees at all levels
