The aim of this bachelor's thesis titled Corporate Culture in the Selected Organizations is the specification of company culture issues in designated organizations. I have divided this thesis into two parts, theoretical and practical. I established the theoretical part on the basis of literature dealing with company culture issues. Here I defined the term company culture and related concepts. In the practical part, I analyzed company culture in selected organizations. The results were obtained using a questionnaire VSM 94&2013 of Geert Hofstede. Unguided interviews were carried out for greater quality of this research, which was also supplemented by observation.
