The aim of this bachelor thesis is to develop a strategic analysis of the company SUEZ Využití zdrojů a.s., to identify its strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats and to propose strategic recommendations for improving the future strategy. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part are examined terms like goals and vision of the company, analysis of micro and macro environment, intern analysis and SWOT analysis.
