ФОРМУВАННЯ МОРАЛЬНО-ДУХОВНИХ ЦІННОСТЕЙ СТУДЕНТІВ У ПРОЦЕСІ МУЗЕЙНО- ПЕДАГОГІЧНОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ ВИШУ

A problem of forming morally-spiritual values of students of the higher pedagogical educational institutions, usage of national cultural traditions in work of rooms-museums and museum complexes has been considered, the main directions of their activity are defined. In the conditions of modernisation of contemporary general and professional school in Ukraine the actuality of the problem of forming spiritually-moral values of students, in particular, of the higher pedagogical educational institutions, increases significantly. In this direction, creation and approbation of new sets of methods, programmes, technologies, optimal forms of co-operating with educational establishments with the aim of the spiritual filling of the inner world of a human, becoming of worldview positions and persuasions of personality, development of intellect, enriching social and professional experience, achievement of dialogue of epochs and cultures have been considered as the key tasks of modern museum. We have found out the necessity of usage for educational work of educational potential of museum taking into account consequent pedagogical conformities: pedagogically expediently organized museum-pedagogical activity provides the active forming of varied interpersonal relations and effective motion of educational process; influence of museum-pedagogical process on the internal sphere of personality (on the basis of subject-to-subject co-operation) assists the achievement of general purpose of education; purposeful influence on the verbal and sensorimotor processes of pupils, that are the basis of their consciousness and practical actions, optimize spiritual, moral, aesthetic, labour and physical self-creation of personality. The main directions of realization of educational potential of rooms-museums and museum complexes have been considered: 1) education on the basis of achievements of national and common to all mankind culture; 2) mastering and deepening knowledge, forming abilities and skills in different areas of human vital functions; 3) development of creative capabilities and conditioning for self-creation and self-perfection of personality. Thus, forming morally-spiritual values of students in the process of museum-pedagogical activity of the higher pedagogical educational institutions is directed to providing necessities of future teacher’s personality in intellectual and spiritual development, creative self-realization, readiness to active professional and public activity, forming national culture and common to all mankind moral values
