ФОРМУВАННЯ ПРОФЕСІЙНО-ПЕДАГОГІЧНОЇ КУЛЬТУРИ МАЙБУТНІХ УЧИТЕЛІВ МУЗИЧНОГО МИСТЕЦТВАУ ЗВО КНР: КОНТРОЛЬНИЙ ЕТАП

The article deals with the approaches of modern scholars to the definition of the essence of the concept of «professional and pedagogical culture of future teachers of musical art». According to the research plan, the formation of the vocational and pedagogical culture of future teachers of musical art will contribute to their readiness for professional activity in the educational process of HEI of China. The purpose of the paper is to reveal the content, components of the formation of the vocational and pedagogical culture of future teachers of musical art, which facilitate their readiness for professional activity and test their effectiveness. The scientific positions on determining the criteria for forming the vocational and pedagogical culture of future teachers of musical art are analyzed: motivational (the presence of motivation for students to form their professional and pedagogical culture), content (their awareness with the knowledge necessary for the formation of vocational and pedagogical culture and the acquisition of a set of skills) and skills that ensure their readiness for professional activity) and constructive (monitoring and evaluation of the level of formation). At the initial stage of the pedagogical experiment, questionnaires and interviews with students were conducted, the results of which showed a low level of readiness for all indicators. Subsequently, each group was subdivided into experimental and control subgroups. In the experimental subgroup the technology of formation of the professional pedagogical culture of future teachers of musical art was realized through the implementation of the corresponding organizational measures. The results of the conducted pedagogical experiment indicate that in both groups the indicators that contributed to the formation of the readiness of future teachers of musical art have improved, but the highest were recorded in the experimental group
