КОНСТРУКТИВНЕ ОСВІТНЄ СЕРЕДОВИЩЕ У КОНТЕКСТІ СУЧАСНИХ НОВАЦІЙ У ВИЩИХ НАВЧАЛЬНИХ ЗАКЛАДАХ

In the article have investigated the problem of creating conditions for the realization and self-realization of the personality in rich in information environment. The authors have emphasized the purposefulness of system approach usage as the basis of the organization of pedagogical process in the practical work of a modern higher educational establishment. In particular, the authors have emphasized the specific features of pedagogical activities aimed at developing students’ motivation as to their studying progress: diagnostic, orientational and prognostic, constructive and projected, organizational, informational and explanatory, communicative and stimulative, analytical and evaluative, research and creative. The authors have emphasized that having constructive skills is the planning of teaching and educational process and the information of the personality of a disciple. The article states that in the pedagogical process it is purposeful to single out the following systems: the situations of organization of constructive activities which model the complex application of knowledge, the situations of interdisciplinary integration, the usage of educational and cognitive tasks which construct the environment of interdisciplinary application of knowledge; the situations which give the possibility of self-development and self-realization of students, the progress of their cognitive activities. The article also focuses on the necessity of future specialists’ formation of personal aim as the condition of their preparation for the organization of constructive activities. In psychological and pedagogical preparation it is worth bringing to the forefront the clear formulation of aims and objectives of professional education. Special attention should be also paid to the formation of necessary skills of planning the professional, personal and career development of future specialists. The authors have also considered the problems of multipurpose training classes, of project work, of subject orientation point usage. The authors have stated that the modeling of personal oriented pedagogical interaction makes it possible to change the position of a student from object to subject and the usage of digital resources will facilitate the formation of constructive educational environment at higher educational establishments
