PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA POBAM (PLOT OF THE BASKETBALL GAME) UNTUK ANAK TUNAGRAHITA PADA PEMBELAJARAN TEMATIK DI SDN MOJOREJO 1 BATU

This research on media development in Batu was taken from a problem that occurred in grade 3 at SDN Mojorejo 1 Batu. The problem experienced is that for thematic learning, especially PJOK, the media used in the learning process of basic motion variation material into the basketball game is still not supportive, because the dominant still uses image media which makes it difficult for students to understand. So, the researchers developed a 4-dimensional media, while the media in question was POBAM (Plot Of The Basketball Game) media, the objectives were 1) to describe the content and construction of media development with the theme of elementary thematic learning, 2) to describe the responses of teachers and students to development of POBAM (Plot Of The Basketball Game) media for mentally retarded children in thematic learning at SDN Mojorejo 1 Batu, 3) describes the characteristics of the media developed. This media was developed with the ADDIE model. This model consists of five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. This research was conducted on students in grade 3 SDN Mojorejo 1 Batu. Data were collected by conducting observations, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis used in this research is quantitative and qualitative. The results of the development of POBAM (Plot Of The Basketball Game) media Theme 5 Sub Theme 1 based on the percentage of assessment, namely (1) the percentage of results from media expert validation is 78.5% with criteria suitable for research and material expert validation 84.3% with criteria suitable for use in research, (2) the percentage of responses from teachers is 85% and students are 93.3% with a total of 3 students. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that POBAM (Plot Of The Basketball Game) Media Development for Children with Mental Requirements in Thematic Learning at SDN Mojorejo 1 Batu is very suitable for use in learning activities
