This study aims to determine whether there is an influence between work skills and motivation both individually and simultaneously on employee performance. The sample used in this study was 30 employees. Data collection used total population sampling technique that takes all employees in the Kalijambe. This data collection used questionnaires, documentation, and interviews. The results of the study show that skills affect employee performance and motivation also affect employee performance. This, it can be concluded that skills and motivation affect employee performance.
