The aims of the research are : (1) to analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance; (2) to analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. The research used a quantitative approach. The sample of the research were 150 employees and lecturers of JNE Branch Officel Banjarnegara and Purbalingga. The sampling technique of the research used a census or saturated sample, namely data dissemination techniques on the basis of respondents. The sampling technique is determimed when all members of the population are used as samples. The data collection method used a questionnaire that was distributed to respondents.
