This study aims to describe the Employee Performance, Ability, and Work Motivation at the Employees of the Slawe Watulimo Trenggalek Village Health Center, analyzing the influence of Work Ability and Motivation on employee performance. Descriptive quantitative research type. The number of respondents was thirty-two respondents. The sampling technique uses total sampling. The analytical tool used is the scale range analysis and multiple linear regression.
