The purpose of this research is to describe job satisfaction and employee motivation, analyze job satisfaction and work motivation on employee performance and analyze job satisfaction and work motivation that is most dominant on employee performance. The population is all production employees obtained by 110 people, using the Slovin formula, the number of samples determined was 86 respondents. The sampling technique uses simple proportional sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression analysis.
