PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN KETERAMPILAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA UMKM KERIPIK TEMPE SANAN KOTA MALANG

This study aims to determine the performance, motivation, skills and performance of employees, the influence of motivation and skills on employee performance and to find out which variables most influence employee performance at MSME Sanan Tempe Chips, Malang City. The type of research in the preparation of this thesis is explanatory research, which is research that highlights the relationship between variables and tests the previously formulated hypotheses. The population in this study were employees of the production section of the SME Sanan Tempe Chips in Malang City as many as 31 employees. The data analysis technique used a scale range and multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the research and discussion that has been done, the following conclusions can be drawn: employee performance conditions are in the high category, employee work motivation is in the sufficient category and employee work skills are in the good category. Employee motivation and skills affect employee performance and skills have the most influence on employee performance
