Pengaruh Kompetensi Pegawai, Fasilitas Kerja Dan Motivasi Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Pegawai KPPN Surakarta Tahun 2020

This study aims to determine the effect of employee competence, work facilities and motivation in improving employee performance in Kppn Surakarta. This type of research is quantitative, the data used are primary data. The analysis prerequisite testing uses multiple regression analysis techniques with the instrument testing using the validity and reliability test, the classic assumption test used is the normality test, multicollinearity test, and heterokedasticity test, while the hypothesis testing uses the t test, f test and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of research and data analysis prove that competence has a significant effect on employee performance. Evidenced by the results of the analysis stated can be seen from t arithmetic 3,918 or sig. 0,000 and a coefficient of0.244 this shows that competence has a positive influence on employee performance. Work facilities have a significant effect on employee performance. Evidenced by the results of the analysis stated otherwise can be seen from t count 2.044 or sig. 0.046 and a coefficient of 0.089, this shows that work facilities have a positive influence on employee performance. Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. evidenced by the results of the analysis that can be seen from the t count 11.155 or sig. 0,000 and a coefficient of0.764, this shows that motivation has a positive influence on employee performance
