This study aims to determine the effect of employee competence, work facilities and motivation in improving employee performance in Kppn Surakarta. This type of research is quantitative, the data used are primary data. The analysis prerequisite testing uses multiple regression analysis techniques with the instrument testing using the validity and reliability test, the classic assumption test used is the normality test, multicollinearity test, and heterokedasticity test, while the hypothesis testing uses the t test, f test and coefficient of determination (R2).
