Minutes of November 30, 1966% The minutes of November 30, 1966 were approved as distributed. 403• Proposals of ways to amend the By-Laws? a0 Dr. Naamani presented the issues confronting the By-Laws Committeeo Dr* Hussein! presented three alternative ways of dealing with these issues, viz„s b, large-scale revision of the structure of the Academic Board and Committees and of the By-Laws in generalj small-scale amendment of the By-Laws in the light of recommendations from the Faculty? retention of the By-Laws in their present form0 Faulkner presented eight points in support of the first alternative proposed by Dr, Husseini (see above)„ The Faculty then took action as follows s 3.
