OFFICERS The officers of the Board of Trustees shall consist of a Chairman, one or more Vice-chairmen, a Recording Secretary, and a Treasurer. These officers shall perform such duties commonly attached to their respective positions. The office of Recording Secretary and Treasurer may be held by one and the same Trustee.
