Mr. President:- The past school year in the College may well be likened to u. storm at sea, in which a ship that has hitherto been considered fairly sound, begins to founder and break up, and the crew works heroically to save the pieces. This will be reflected in the Faculty reports attached herewith. The elements in that storm have been as follows: 1. The Anti-Missionary Campaign: The summer of 1933 witnessed the most severe anti-missionary attack which had as yet been staged by the Arabic press.
