(8) Difficulties The most unfortunate thing in our teacher training classes is the deplorable fact that some of our students may be transferred any time to a city or town in Upper Egypt or away in the Delta. In addition to the destruction of what the student builds in one, two or more years with us, in consequence of the transfer, the idea itself makes a teacher think twice before he joins our institution. Fortunately, however, we had but one case of experience of this sort. Last Lecember one of our star students was transferred to Assiut suddenly and without warning.
