THAT the Trustees extend to Dr. MacCracken their sincere thanks for acting as host for the meeting and for providing so generously for their comfort and welfare. #335: HOME Secretary Lum asked the counsel of the Trustees with regard CULTIVATION PLANS: to matters referring to home cultivation. The decisions with regard to the various matters were as follows: 1. It was agreed that a Committee of Trustees and Mr. Lum should make a presentation of the work of the School of Education to the Board of Trustees of International College requesting financial assistance for this Department of the University from the funds at the disposal of said Board. 2. Dr. Watson was urged to continue by letter his negotiations with the Davison Fund, emphasizing the distinctive work being done by our University in endeavoring to work out an intelligent and scientific approach to the Moslem. 3. Mr. Lum was instructed to continue negotiations with Mr. L. L. Hall of Girard, Ohio, concerning his accepting an appointment as University Bursar, provided special funds can besecured to cover a five-year period of appoint-ment and provided this procedure meets with the approval of the President. #336: DR. WATSON'S The following resolution concerning Dr. Watson's return to PLANS America was adopted: THAT the question of when Dr. ratson should return to America be referred to the Executive Committee, with the suggestion that he remain in Egypt until January 1937, provided this action does not interfere .with his general plans. #337: ADJOURNMENT: Dr. Robinson led in the closing prayer.
