The aim of this thesis is to find out possibilities and current position of the company MS KART s.r.o. and formulate strategic recommendations. This is based on strategic analysis. Strategic analysis uses standard methods of this analysis. The PESTL method is used for macroenvironment analysis, Porter’s 5 forces model is used to analyse microenvironment, VRIO analysis is used to analyze resources and capabilities of the company and financial analysis is used to evaluate the company’s financial condition. These methods are sumarized by SWOT analysis, based on which are given strategic recommendations for improving the situation of the company.
