The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the external environment of the financial company and formulate recommendations for the existing strategy through strategic tools. The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines the concepts of strategic management and strategy, then describes the strategic tools for the analysis of the external environment of the company. Also, the theoretical part deals with the definition of financial institutions and the creation of their value.
