The goal of this bachelor thesis is to create strategic recommendations for a concrete company, which is Kuehne + Nagel s.r.o. Recommendations will be based on applied methods of strategic analysis, which includes analysis of micro and macro environment, internal analysis, VRIO analysis, PESTLE analysis, Porter's five forces analysis and financial analysis.
