The aim of the bachelor´s thesis is to conduct a strategic analysis of MB TOOL, s. r. o. company and within that evaluate the financial health and determine the position of the company on the market. The thesis is divided into two parts, methodical and practical part where there are specifically chosen methods of strategic analysis applied. First, there is the analysis of the company´s external environment, both macro-environment by using PESTLE analysis and also analysis of micro-environment.
