The aim of this Bachelor´s thesis is implementation of the strategic analysis of the company Tecno line interier s.r.o. and formulate strategic recommendations. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part explains the basic terminology and describes methods and procedures of the external environment of the company and the internal resources and capabilities of the company. These methods are applied to the selected company in the practical part.
