Localization of Dyrk1A and clathrin in the primary cultured neurons.

<p>E-18 rat hippocampal neurons were differentiated, fixed with 2% formaldehyde, and immunostained with monoclonal anti-CHC followed by Alexa Fluor 488 conjugated goat anti mouse IgG. After completion of CHC staining, the cells were incubated with monoclonal anti-Dyrk1A antibody (7F3), directly conjugated with Alexa Fluor 568 as described in <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0034845#s2" target="_blank"><i>MATERIALS AND METHODS</i></a>.
