It consists of two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part defines terms such as school maturity and school readiness, its prerequisites and subsequent diagnostics. The objective of the practical part is to provide an introduction to the use of a casuistic method with children, whose school attendance was deferred. It also investigates the origin of a postponed school attendance, its consequences and following child development at nursery school.
