A Comparative Study of the Amino-acid Composition and Nutritional Evaluation of Some Uncultivated Leguminous Seed Protein Isolates

Each seed has been found to have its own pattern. Animals were fed with the protein isolates from uncultivated leguminous seeds supplemented with the limiting amino acids methionine and tryptophan. No untoward symptoms noticed and the diet proved capable of promoting growth
