This study aims to determine the effect of human relations, work motivation and physical work environment on the work productivity of PT. Daya Surya Sejahtera Ponorogo. The population in this study are employees of PT. Daya Surya Sejahtera Ponorogo, totaling 70 people. The data taken in this study is primary data using a questionnaire instrument. The scale of measurement uses a Likert scale. In data analysis using multiple linear regression test with the SPSS 21 program. Based on the results of data analysis it is known that the human relations variable has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity, the work motivation variable has no significant effect on employee work productivity, and the physical work environment v...
