This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, compensation, and work environment on employee productivity. This study examined as many as 20 literature articles relating to the effect of motivation, compensation and work environment on employee productivity. The technique used is data collection with the library method. The results show that motivation, compensation has a significant positive effect on work productivity. While the work environment can be influential or not influential depending on the loyalty of the company's employees
