This study aims to determine 1). How strong is the effect of compensation on employee performance, 2). How strong is the influence of motivation collectively on employee performance, 3). Does compensation and motivation influence simultaneously on employee job satisfaction. This research uses quantitative methods. Data collected by questionnaire technique.
