This study aims to describe performance, compensation and work motivation; analyze the effect of compensation and work motivation simultaneously on employee performance; analyze the effect of compensation on employee performance; analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance; analyze which compensation and work motivation variables most influence employee performance. The data collection techniques used was questionnaire with a sample of 76 respondents taken using saturated sampling techniques.
