PENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (Studi Pada Karyawan CV Arjun Lekok Pasuruan)

This study aims to describe performance, compensation and work motivation; analyze the effect of compensation and work motivation simultaneously on employee performance; analyze the effect of compensation on employee performance; analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance; analyze which compensation and work motivation variables most influence employee performance. The data collection techniques used was questionnaire with a sample of 76 respondents taken using saturated sampling techniques. Data analysis uses a range of scales, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression, F-test, t-test and the most influential test. The results showed employee performance and work motivation were perceived to be sufficient, compensation was perceived as high; compensation and work motivation have a significant effect simultaneously on employee performance; compensation has a significant effect on employee performance; work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance; and motivation variables are the dominant influence variables on employee performance
