The purpose of this study is to describe 1) compensation 2) employee motivation 3) employee performance 4) to analyze the effect of compensation and work motivation on performance and 5) to analyze variables that have a dominant influence on performance. This type of research is survey research. The population in this study were all employees at CV. Damai Jaya Malang as many as 57 employees, this study uses total sampling technique so that the entire population is used as a research sample, so the sample in this study is 57 respondents. Data analysis techniques are using scale analysis and multiple linear regression.
