PENGARUH PEMBERIAN INSENTIF TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DENGAN MOTIVASI SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING (Studi karyawan CV. Trijaya Sidoarjo)

This study aims to describe the provision of incentives, motivation, employee performance on the CV. Trijaya, and tested the effect of providing incentives on employee performance, testing the effect of providing incentives on motivation, testing the effect of motivation on employee performance, and testing the effect of providing incentives on employee performance with motivation as an intervening variable. This research was conducted on employees of CV. Trijaya with 31 respondents as many employees with total sampling method. Data collection using a questionnaire using a 5-point Likert scale to measure indicators. The data analysis technique used is a range of scales, path analysis techniques and multiple test. The test results get a positive and significant effect on employee performance, incentives have a positive and significant effect on motivation, motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and motivation does not mediate the effect of providing incentives on employee performance
