The purpose of this research were to know the impact of incentives and motivation on employee performance, which was an important issue in a number of organizations. This research was explanatory research, where researchers conducted observations ,record, analyzing and explaining the data. The research took place in PT. Bahana Yamaha Pagar Alam Cabang Bandarlampung by taking all employees as the population, and sample 35 responden. Overall this study it can be concluded that the independent variables have a significant impact on employee performance do simultaneously and partially.
