ABSTRACTThe purpose of the researvh is conducted to find an influence of achievementmotivation and incentives on employee performance at PT. Pegadaian Branch ofTembilahan. Data analysis used in the research is multiple lineier regression equations.The results of the calculation are Y = -5.380 + 1.063X1 + 0.061X2. The results of theR Square value are 0.866 or 86.6% and the remaining 13.4% is influenced by othervariables not examined.
