This study aims to determine and explain the effect of compensation on employee performance with job satisfaction as a moderation variable at CV Indah Cemerlang. Instrument testing is done by validity test and reliability test. The analysis tools used in this study using the scale range and Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The result of this research can be concluded that with analysis of compensation scale range included in good category, employee performance included in category enough and job satisfaction included in high category. The result of a simple regression analysis shows that employee performance has significant effect on compensation.
