An employee's positive attitude towards work can be seen from the level of job satisfaction of the employee. There are many factors that can affect job satisfaction including human relations, work discipline, and motivation. This research was conducted at PT. Orchid Boga Utama with the aim of knowing the effect of human relations, discipline, and motivation on employee job satisfaction either partially or simultaneously.
