Sports organizations volunteer maintenance management evaluation

Object of the study – the management evaluation of volunteers. Problem – how it should be implemented and evaluated the organisation of sport volunteer management? The purpose of the study: to evaluate the Organization of sport volunteer retention management. Study objectives: 1. Define the concept and value of the volunteer and the voluntary sport sector. 2. Reveal the concept of modern management theory in the management of disclosure of the interfaces with the volunteering management principles. 3. To create a theoretical assessment on the basis of scientific literature of the management from the organisation of sport volunteer retention model. 4. Conduct a research and verify the based management evaluation of sports organization volunteer model. Results and conclusions. The results showed that on the basis of management evaluation organization of volunteers for sports empirical model, in the management of the sports organization volunteer opportunities for improvement are available. The organisation of sport managers should take more amount of men, as volunteers. The investigation showed that they feel less satisfied in all levels of management evaluation model, than women. In order to prevent climate change, the largest voluntary attention should be given to enhancing the enabling factor values, since the investigation revealed that sports volunteers do not feel forceful and independent and does not believe that it has a significant impact to an organization which is engaged in the get. However, the aim should be to improve communication to all sports organizations to volunteer retention management assessment model levels, because one level improvement will have a positive value to the following levels.
